Role : CRM Operations Analyst

Location: Delhi/NCR/Gurugram

Job Type: Full Time (Work from Office)

Minimum Experience: 2 to 3 years

Function: Central operations

About the Role

At Hero Vired, we're scaling fast - and we're looking for a sharp, execution-focused CRM Operations Analyst to take full ownership of our Lead Squared ecosystem and drive real revenue impact. This role will drive lead lifecycle management, automation, reporting accuracy, and funnel optimization to improve admissions performance

What You'll Own

  • End-to-end optimization of Lead Squared (workflows and automation logic)
  • Lead routing governance & SLA management across counselling teams
  • Funnel visibility: Lead Counselling Application Enrollment
  • Identifying drop-offs and fixing conversion gaps
  • Building high-impact operational dashboards for leadership
  • Enforcing strong data hygiene standards
  • Eliminating manual processes through automation

What We're Looking For:

  • 2-3 years in CRM Operations / Sales Ops / Revenue Ops
  • Hands-on experience with LeadSquared (non-negotiable)
  • Strong understanding of B2C sales funnels (EdTech preferred)
  • Advanced Excel skills & SQL preferred
  • Someone who doesn't just report numbers but improves them
