Roles & Responsibilities:
- 10+ Years of experience in project management.
- Experience on configuration/management of CRMNEXT Solution (Technical).
- Deployment knowledge on Banking Domain.
- Good Communication, Technical & Analytical Skills.
- Good Knowledge of IIS/Oracle 12 C and 19 C
- Responsible for End-To-End Project Management and communication.
- Skilled in troubleshooting of performance issues, Diagnose and resolve in critical production environment.
- Proficient in Managing QA, UAT, Production release and Production Support of CRMNEXT.
- Proficient in Software development lifecycle, Requirement analysis, Architectural design, Holding technical discussions, Implementation, Impact analysis, Deployment and Documentation.
- Collaborate with the technical Operations team, Engineering Team and Other support members to resolve the issues and to ensure the best possible service and support.
- Co-ordination on recurring issues and ensure long-term resolution through proper incident and problem management.
- Experience should be on CRMNEXT.
