CRM MS Dynamics UI Developer
Location: Hyderabad
Experience Required: 7–10 Years
Shift Timings: 2 PM – 11 PM (5 Days)Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days from office – Wednesday & Thursday)

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and deploy Dynamics CRM solutions using out‑of‑the‑box features and PCF Controls.
- Develop complex xRM solutions with customizations, plugins, and integrations.
- Build workflows, configure custom actions, business process flows, and complex fields.
- Configure custom command bar buttons, web resources, and other solution components.
- Ensure robust, performance‑optimized, scalable, and reusable architectures across configuration, code objects, forms, workflows, reports, and integrations.
- Communicate complex business information to technical audiences and technical details to business stakeholders.
- Manage client‑facing communication, facilitate meetings, and document action items.
- Identify and suggest improvement opportunities for assigned applications.
- Elicit technical and functional requirements to create visual representations of business processes.
Requirements:
- 7–12 years of relevant experience in MS Dynamics 365 for Sales & Marketing, Social Engagement, Project Service Automation, and other Microsoft software.
- Proficiency in Visual Studio, PowerBI/Tableau, O365 & D365 Administration, SQL Server Data Tools, Team Foundation Server, Azure Development Tools, Logic Apps, PowerApps, Power Automate, C#, JavaScript, and Typescript NodeJS.
- Deep knowledge of Dynamics CRM SDK, features, and limitations.
- Hands‑on experience with PCF Controls.
- Exposure to ESB/ETL Technology, preferably KingswaySoft.
