About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled CRM Microsoft Dynamics Consultant to join our growing team in Riyadh. If you're passionate about optimizing customer engagement, streamlining workflows, and leveraging the full potential of the MS Dynamics ecosystem we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and optimize MS Dynamics CRM environments for automation and performance

Customize user interfaces, forms, views, and workflows

Integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM with external systems and platforms

Create, register, and manage custom plugins and workflows

Troubleshoot system issues and continuously improve CRM performance

Utilize XRM Toolbox tools for configuration and maintenance

Required Skills:

Strong command of C#, JavaScript, and SQL Server

In-depth understanding of Dynamics CRM architecture and customization

Proven experience with CRM integration and data migration

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills (Bonus Points):

Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

Working knowledge of Agile development methodologies
