Job Title: CRM Manager Real Estate
Location: Bangalore(Full Time - On site)
Experience: 5-7 years in Real Estate CRM/Client Servicing
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end client onboarding, ensuring smooth documentation and timely execution of agreements.
- Address and resolve client queries promptly, maintaining strong client satisfaction and trust.
- Coordinate with clients for payment schedules and disbursements, arranging necessary documents and ensuring compliance.
- Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Legal, Projects) to close client-related queries and ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare and analyze reports to identify gaps, streamline processes, and improve client experience.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring transparency and consistent communication.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of proven experience in Real Estate CRM/Client Relationship Management.
- Strong understanding of real estate processes agreements, banking/disbursements, client documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines efficiently.
