CRM & Web Operations Intern
Location: Gurugram
Duration: 6 Months
Stipend: 20,000 per month
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to support CRM campaigns and website operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to lifecycle marketing and e-commerce execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute email, SMS & WhatsApp CRM campaigns
- Manage audience segmentation and campaign scheduling
- Track performance and maintain CRM reports
- Support website updates (banners, landing pages, product uploads)
- Coordinate with tech for issue resolution and QA testing
Eligibility
- Graduate / Final year student (Marketing/Business preferred)
- Good with Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and coordination skills
