Role Overview

The CRM Executive will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and executing CRM campaigns on a daily basis. The role requires close coordination with internal teams and external vendors, monitoring campaign performance, and presenting actionable insights to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and execute CRM campaigns on a daily basis
  • Monitor campaign performance and track key metrics
  • Maintain and manage campaign-related data and reports
  • Analyze data and present insights along with actionable recommendations to senior management
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution
  • Manage and liaise with external vendors for campaign-related activities

Requirements:

  • Graduation is mandatory
  • Basic understanding of CRM and campaign management
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage vendors and adhere to timelines
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools is a plus
