Job Description: CRM Integration Specialist (Mid-Level)

Role Overview
We are hiring a mid-level CRM Integration Specialist based in India. In this role, you'll work on client projects that connect Salesforce, HubSpot, and supporting platforms. You'll be responsible for building integrations, assisting with data migrations, and enabling automation that supports our clients revenue growth.
This role requires excellent English communication skills and the ability to collaborate across global teams. You will primarily work with colleagues and clients in European and US time zones using our internal collaboration stack (Slack and Google Workspace).
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain custom integrations between Salesforce, HubSpot, and third-party tools.
- Configure and deliver low-code/no-code integrations using HubSpot Ops Hub and middleware (Workato, Zapier, Tray.io).
- Assist in data migration projects (Zoho, Pipedrive, Planhat, FreshSales to Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Develop and maintain custom webhooks for CRM workflows.
- Support data pipeline development (e.g., Snowflake Salesforce) under guidance of senior team members.
- Work closely with strategists and consultants to translate business needs into technical CRM solutions.
- Document workflows, integrations, and maintain clear technical notes for clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate daily with team members via Slack and Google Workspace.
Required Skills & Experience
- 35 years of experience working with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Hands-on experience with API integrations and webhooks.
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript (Node.js preferred).
- Exposure to data pipelines and warehousing tools (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery is a plus).
- Familiarity with low-code integration platforms (HubSpot Ops Hub, Zapier, Workato, Tray.io).
- Fluent written and spoken English, with strong communication skills to work with global teams and clients.
- Ability to collaborate across multiple time zones (Europe and US).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot integration issues.
- Comfortable working in a remote-first, fast-paced consulting environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- HubSpot certifications (Admin, Developer, or Integration focus).
- Experience supporting data migration projects across multiple CRM systems.
- Prior experience in a consulting, managed services, or system integration role.
- Full-stack development skills (React, Angular, or similar for front-end; Node.js, Python, or Java for back-end) enabling development of custom apps, middleware, or UI extensions that complement CRM integrations.
