Job Description

Location: Superleap HQ, Koramangala, Bengaluru

Type: Full-time | Work-from-office (MonFri,11 AM8 PM)

Reports to: Subham Kumar Boundia (Co-founder & CEO)

Most CRMs fail not because of features but because of poor implementation.

Teams struggle with setup, customization, data migration, and adoption, leading to low usage

and frustration.

At Superleap, implementation is a core part of the product experience.

We ensure every customer is onboarded smoothly, configured correctly, and set up for

long-term success.

As a CRM Implementation Specialist, you'll be the bridge between our product and our

customers.

Your work ensures customers go live faster, adopt Superleap fully, and see real value from day

one.

You'll directly impact customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion, making this a critical

role in Superleap's growth.

What You'll Do

CRM Implementation & Configuration

Configure Superleap CRM based on client business processes and workflows

Set up pipelines, fields, automations, dashboards, and user roles

Support data migration and ensure clean, accurate setup

Customer Onboarding & Training

Lead onboarding sessions and product walkthroughs for clients

Train users and admins on best practices and day-to-day usage

Act as the primary point of contact during the implementation phase

Troubleshooting & Support

Resolve implementation-related issues and configuration challenges

Coordinate with Product and Engineering teams for advanced issues

Ensure smooth go-live and early adoption

Project & Communication Management

Track implementation timelines and deliverables

Share regular progress updates with clients via email, calls, and Slack

Manage expectations and ensure a positive customer experience

What We're Looking For

14 years of experience in CRM implementation, Product Adoption, SaaS onboarding,

Pre Sales or Solution Engineering

Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Freshsales or any

SaaS tool which requires technical implementation)is a plus

Strong understanding of sales workflows and business processes

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused mindset

Comfortable working from office, 5 days a week
