Role Overview: We are seeking a self-motivated and proactive Senior Executive CRM Marketing to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for managing our lead database, driving engagement through email and WhatsApp marketing, and ensuring high-quality lead handling through our in-house CRM system.
Key Responsibilities: Upload and organize leads into the in-house CRM system from multiple sources: Online business platforms Trade fairs exhibitions WhatsApp email inquiries Initiate first-level follow-up via phone, WhatsApp, and email for every new lead Design and execute email marketing campaigns through CRM tools Launch and monitor WhatsApp marketing activities to improve engagement Create and share professional sales quotes to qualified leads Track and report lead progress, conversions, and customer interactions in CRM Coordinate closely with the Sales and Marketing team to support campaigns Maintain a clean, segmented, and updated CRM database
Qualifications Experience
- Bachelors or masters degree in management/marketing/business administration.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in CRM, digital marketing, or inside sales.
- Experience with any CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
