We are looking for a CRM Executive who can manage customer interactions and convert enquiries into sales through WhatsApp and phone communication.
This role combines customer support, inside sales, and customer retention. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to build trust with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
-Respond to customer enquiries through WhatsApp and phone calls
-Convert inbound customer queries into successful orders
-Guide customers on product selection and assist them during the ordering process
-Handle customer queries related to orders, delivery, and product information
-Follow up with interested customers to close pending orders
-Contact customers who have abandoned carts and assist them in completing their purchase
-Upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers
-Engage previous customers to encourage repeat purchases
-Maintain records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system
Key Skills:
-Strong communication and persuasion skills
-Ability to convert customer enquiries into sales
-Customer-first mindset with problem-solving ability
-Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups
-Good organisational and time-management skills
-Fluent spoken English is mandatory for this role.
Experience & Qualifications:
-Graduate (any discipline)
-13 years of experience in CRM, inside sales, telesales, or customer engagement roles
