Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated
CRM Executive (Real Estate) who will be responsible for managing client communication, lead follow-ups, site visit coordination, and CRM data handling. The candidate must have
prior experience in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound calls from prospective clients
- Manage and update leads in CRM on a daily basis
- Regular follow-ups with clients regarding projects, pricing & availability
- Coordinate site visits between clients, sales team & channel partners
- Maintain proper records of client interactions and site visit feedback
- Assist sales team till booking & post-booking support
- Ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversion ratio
- Maintain professional communication with builders & channel partners
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience as CRM Executive in Real Estate
- Experience with builder projects / channel partner firms
- Strong communication & follow-up skills
- Comfortable with front-end client coordination
- Knowledge of CRM software & Excel
- Candidates without real estate experience will not be considered
