Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update customer database in the CRM system.
  • Handle inbound and outbound communication with clients.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and service requests.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Generate CRM reports and track customer interaction history.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and retention.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in CRM or customer relationship management roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
