Role Overview

We are looking for aCRM Executiveto support CRM management and administrative operations within amembership-based, associative environment. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys structured work, data accuracy, and operational support, and who has experience working withtrade associations, industry bodies, or NGOs.

The CRM Executive will play a key role in managing member data, supporting stakeholder engagement, and ensuring smooth internal processes.

Key ResponsibilitiesCRM Management
  • Manage, maintain, and optimize the organization's CRM system
  • Ensure accurate tracking of members, partners, and stakeholders
  • Support CRM integrations with email tools, event platforms, and reporting systems
  • Maintain clean databases and generate structured reports

Administrative & Operational Support
  • Support membership administration (onboarding, renewals, records)
  • Assist with meeting coordination, documentation, and internal tracking
  • Support communication workflows related to members and partners
  • Help streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency

Association & Stakeholder Support
  • Assist with member engagement from an operational and CRM perspective
  • Support events, working groups, and initiatives through data and admin coordination
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent stakeholder information

Required Skills & Experience
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, CiviCRM, or similar)
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Experience working in amembership-based or associative environment
  • Background intrade associations, industry bodies, or NGOsis a strong advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

Nice to Have
  • Exposure to sustainability, circular economy, or packaging-related sectors
  • Experience supporting member-based events or initiatives
  • Familiarity with European stakeholder ecosystems
