CRM Executive (Remote, CET Hours)
Experience:3+ years in CRM operations/administration
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and administer the CRM: user setup, permissions, fields, workflows, and data quality checks.
- Support CRM integrations with tools such as email marketing, accounting, or event/membership platforms and coordinate with vendors/tech teams when needed.
- Execute and support campaigns (email/SMS/newsletters) from the CRM, including audience segmentation, list building, and basic A/B tests.
- Build and update dashboards and reports on membership/donor activity, engagement, renewals, and key KPIs.
- Perform ongoing data entry, cleaning, deduplication, and enrichment to keep contact and organization records accurate and complete.
- Document CRM processes, create simple SOPs, and provide basic user support/troubleshooting to internal stakeholders.
- Liaise with program, membership, and finance teams to capture requirements and translate them into CRM configurations or workflows.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years handson experience managing or administering a CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, or association / nonprofit CRMs like Fonteva, MemberClicks, Raklet, etc.).
- Proven experience working fully remotely with strong communication and selfmanagement, including daily collaboration via video and async tools.
- Ability and willingness to work core hours aligned with CET time zones.
- Strong Excel/Sheets skills and comfort working with large datasets, imports/exports, and data validation.
- Clear written and spoken English; additional European languages are a plus for member/donor communication.
- Experience in an association, chamber, trade organization, or NGO/nonprofit environment is highly desirable.
