We're on the lookout for a proactive, customer-obsessed CRM Executive with 3+ years of experience in real estate or property development to join our dynamic team in Greater Noida and we need YOU now!

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update the CRM system with all client interactions, documentation, and follow-ups.

Act as the main point of contact for clients post-booking, ensuring documentation, payments, and property handover processes are smooth and timely.

Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Legal, Finance, Operations) to ensure timely and flawless service delivery.

Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and issues with professionalism and care.

Follow up on pending documentation, payments, and communication updates.

Support client onboarding and ensure a seamless transition from sales to post-sales support.

Generate regular reports and dashboards on customer interactions and service metrics.

Monitor customer satisfaction and work on strategies to enhance the client experience continually.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in a CRM, customer service, or client management role and real estate experience preferred.

Knowledge of real estate processes, including documentation, payment schedules, and post-sales support.

Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms).

Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
