Role Overview The CRM Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions. The role involves technical analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation while ensuring compliance with architecture, security, and quality standards. The position reports to the Technology Lead and involves collaboration with business, delivery, and technology teams in an Agile delivery environment. 3. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions. Perform technical analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation. Ensure compliance with architecture, security, and quality standards. Collaborate with business, delivery, and technology teams. Contribute to continuous improvement. Support and mentor junior developers. Collaborate with distributed teams across different time zones. 4. Mandatory Skills and Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration and customization. Minimum 3 years of development experience using C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML5, and REST APIs. Practical experience in API development and integration. Knowledge of Azure DevOps. Exposure to AI technologies. Experience working in Agile delivery environments. 5. Preferred Qualifications and Skills Degree in IT or an equivalent qualification. Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform. Experience with Azure, Power Platform, PCF Controls, JSON, TypeScript, Power BI, and SSIS. Experience working in distributed or global delivery teams. 6. Screening and Assessment Criteria Candidates will be assessed on the following parameters: Core Technical Skills: Demonstrated hands-on Dynamics 365 and development experience. APIs and Integration: Practical examples of API development and integration. Agile Delivery: Experience delivering solutions in iterative Agile environments. Collaboration: Examples of working across time zones and with distributed teams. Communication: Ability to clearly explain technical challenges, solutions, and outcomes. 7. Rejection Criteria Candidates may be rejected if they: Cannot demonstrate core technical capabilities through examples. Have only no-code or low-code CRM experience without development expertise. Do not have API integration experience. Have no exposure to AI technologies. Cannot demonstrate Agile delivery or collaborative working practices. 8. Leadership and Mentoring Expectations Candidates being considered for senior or lead-level responsibilities should demonstrate mentoring capability, an optimization mindset, cross-time-zone coordination, technical leadership, the ability to translate architecture into technical solutions, and stakeholder management. 9. Interview Evaluation Candidates will be evaluated on: Technical Capability Problem Solving API Expertise Agile Delivery Communication Collaboration Leadership, where applicable
