What will you be responsible for
Responsible for developing and implementing high-quality customized solutions on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform.
This role requires a thorough understanding of CRM and Power Platform technology, data management, and system integrations, as well as strong programming skills
Participate in all aspects of software development, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment, adhering to best practices and standards
Coordinate with Business Systems Manager to ensure overall business solution is positioned and implemented in line with global architecture and roadmap.
Development and Support of various application including fixing application issues in CRM and Power Platform portfolio
Should be able to design, develop, build and deploy the CRM and Power Platform solutions
Conduct unit testing and ensure the code is tested
Proactively identify the areas of improvement in the existing systems
Self-Starter with ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities
Collaborate with teams to integrate applications
Develop and update technical documentation
Responsible for self-development according to professional development plan
Collaborating with other teams and find new opportunities
What would your day look like
Follow the agile process and work on the Azure DevOps User Stories.
Fulfilling the acceptance criteria of User Stories with appropriate Unit Testing.
Taking part in code reviews of peers and recommend process automations
Create and maintain technical design documents
Developing existing applications along with proactive contribution towards Pillar's initiatives
Implement the best possible design and get the design reviewed with Lead.
Going through mandatory Technical, Healthcare and Compliance training.
Pursue certifications as planned in the goal setting
Who we are looking for
B.Tech/BE in Computer Science, MCA or related field with 5 years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365/Power platform.
Experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM/365 Customer Engagement and Power Apps.
Sound experience in Customizations Plug-ins, Scripting, UI changes, security role configurations
Strong technical skills on Power Platform. Should have experience in Power Apps (MDA & Power Portals), Power Automate and Power BI.
Sound knowledge and hands-on experience on Azure platform - Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory.
Strong in C# .net and has Proficient skills in AngularJS, Type script, CSS and HTML
Experience in Data migrations and Integration development API's, Logic Apps
Experience in Environment and Release Management, ALM tools and suggest automations wherever applicable.
Proficient in creating Build and Release Pipelines CICD using Azure DevOps
Good to have knowledge on Power Virtual Agent, AI & Azure ML.
Strong Analytical & Problem-solving skills.
Strong passion to deliver high quality solutions and enthusiasm for developing new products.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines under pressure.
