Role Overview

The CRM Data Governance Specialist is responsible for the stewardship, quality, and governance of CRM data across all global revenue generating functions, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. This role ensures that CRM data is accurate, consistent, trusted, and aligned to business objectives, enabling reliable reporting, operational efficiency, and scalable growth. The specialist partners closely with Revenue Operations, Analytics, and technical teams to define data standards, cleanse and manage data assets, conduct research and analysis, and enforce governance frameworks that support a unified go-to-market (GTM) strategy.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in CRM data governance, data management, or Revenue Operations within a global environment.

Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, including data models, reporting, validation rules, and governance best practices.

Proven experience leading data cleansing, standardization, and quality improvement initiatives.

Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to investigate data issues and translate findings into actionable improvements.

Excellent documentation and communication skills, able to convey data standards and governance principles across technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Administrator certification: Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, or Data-related certifications preferred.

Familiarity with HubSpot, Domo, Traction, Zapier, and broader revenue technology ecosystems.

Experience supporting enterprise reporting, forecasting, and KPI frameworks.
