Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven CRM Campaign Manager to lead the design, execution, and optimization of customer engagement campaigns across multiple digital channels. This role will play a pivotal part in improving customer communication, enhancing campaign performance, and driving data-driven marketing strategies through effective CRM campaign management and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Strategy & Planning
Plan and manage monthly CRM campaigns in coordination with business stakeholders.
Define campaign objectives, target segments, and customer communication strategies.
2. Campaign Execution & Operations
Execute cross-channel customer communication campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and RCS.
Ensure timely deployment of campaigns while maintaining high accuracy in targeting and messaging.
3. Campaign Performance & Analytics
Monitor CRM dashboards and campaign KPIs to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Analyse campaign performance and provide insights to improve engagement, conversions, and efficiency.
4. Customer Data, Automation & Insights
Analyse customer data quality, segmentation, and consent management for targeted campaigns.
Implement automation workflows and launch customer surveys through CRM platforms to capture feedback and improve customer experience.
