CRM Automation Tester

• Associate-level role focused on delivering automated testing across all delivery models
• Supports continuous integration and defect-free deployment of customer value
• Provides strong exposure to modern quality engineering practices within enterprise platforms

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake and enable automated testing activities across Agile, CI/CD, and hybrid delivery models
• Embed consistent and repeatable quality practices across the full idea-to-value lifecycle
• Support feature and platform teams in building high-quality, resilient solutions
• Contribute to the design and execution of automation test strategies aligned to programme and business goals
• Develop predictive and intelligent testing approaches using automation and innovative testing tools
• Define and refine the scope of manual versus automated testing activities
• Design, build, and maintain low-maintenance, reusable automated test suites for end-to-end coverage
• Create automated test scripts, test artefacts, and supporting documentation
• Apply enterprise testing standards while meeting regulatory and compliance requirements

Required Experience

• Minimum of three years of experience in automated testing within Agile or CI/CD environments
• Hands-on experience testing Microsoft Dynamics CRM versions 2015 through Dynamics 365
• Proven experience creating test plans, test cases, and test procedures for CRM applications
• Strong background in database integration testing across multiple environments
• Experience designing and validating test data, stored procedures, jobs, triggers, and data replication
• Practical experience writing automated test scripts using Java, JUnit, TestNG, and Selenium
• Exposure to enterprise automation frameworks and tooling standards
• Experience using JIRA and Confluence
