Key Responsibility Areas (KRA) – CRM & Shopify Expert (Mimamsaa D2C)1.Shopify Store Ownership (D2C Focus)
- Manage end‑to‑end operations of the Mimamsaa Shopify store: product upload, collections, pricing, inventory sync, and SEO‑friendly descriptions.
- Optimize UX: homepage, category pages, product pages, and checkout flow to maximise conversion and reduce cart abandonment.
- Ensure mobile‑first, fast‑loading, and brand‑consistent experience that reflects Mimamsaa's premium positioning.
2.CRM & Customer Lifecycle (Direct Sales)
- Own the CRM (e.g., Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar) for all direct Mimamsaa customers (website, WhatsApp, email, Instagram DMs).
- Build and manage customer segments based on AOV, frequency, product affinity, and engagement for hyper‑personalised communication.
- Design and run lifecycle flows: welcome series, post‑purchase, re‑engagement, win‑back, and VIP/customer‑club journeys.
3.Email & SMS Marketing (D2C)
- Plan and execute weekly/monthly campaigns: new launches, festivals, sales, back‑in‑stock, and exclusive drops for Mimamsaa's community.
- A/B test subject lines, creatives, offers, and CTAs to improve open rates, CTR, and conversion.
- Ensure all emails/SMS align with Mimamsaa's brand voice, tone, and visual identity.
4.Data, Reporting & Retention
- Track and report on key D2C metrics: conversion rate, AOV, LTV, CAC, repeat purchase rate, and email/SMS performance.
- Provide actionable insights to the founder on customer behaviour, retention, and opportunities to increase LTV.
- Maintain clean, GDPR‑compliant customer data and ensure seamless sync between Shopify, CRM, and other tools.
5.Cross‑Channel Integration
- Work closely with the founder and creative team to align CRM campaigns with new collections, lookbooks, and brand storytelling.
- Support performance marketing (Meta, Google) with CRM data, audience insights, and creatives for retargeting and lookalikes.
- Ensure a seamless customer journey from discovery (social/ads) → purchase (Shopify) → retention (CRM).
Ideal Fit for Mimamsaa- 2–4 years in e‑commerce, with proven experience in Shopify and a CRM platform (Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.) for D2C brands.
- Strong analytical mindset with hands‑on experience in email/SMS marketing, lifecycle automation, and retention.
- Comfortable in a founder‑led, premium fashion brand and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Obsessed with customer experience, data, and brand consistency – not just pushing sales.
