Job Summary
The HubSpot Administrator is responsible for the overall administration, optimization, and enablement of HubSpot across Marketing, Sales, and Service teams. This role ensures platform integrity, drives process efficiency, and enables data-driven decision making to support enterprise growth and client success.
Essential Functions And Tasks
- S erve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, roles, and platform security.
- Conduct regular data audits, deduplication, and hygiene initiatives to ensure accuracy and reliability of CRM data.
- Build, automate, and optimize workflows, sequences, and pipelines to improve operational efficiency.
- Configure and maintain lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and deal pipelines in alignment with business needs.
- Create dashboards, reports, and KPIs to provide actionable insights into marketing, sales, and customer success performance.
- Analyze trends and recommend process improvements to maximize ROI.
- Support marketing and sales enablement, including email campaigns, landing pages, forms, and lead nurturing workflows.
- Ensure integrations with third-party tools (LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc.) are functioning and optimized.
- Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support for internal HubSpot users.
- Stay current with HubSpot product updates and industry best practices to continuously improve adoption and utilization .
Education And Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business , Marketing, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 23 years experience as a HubSpot Administrator in an enterprise B2B environment.
- At least 2 HubSpot Certifications required (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, or Reporting).
- Completion of HubSpot Super Admin Bootcamp preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
System Administration

Compensation
- Base Compensation will be based on various factors unique to each candidate including geographic location, skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons .
