Job Description

Field Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Sell car spare parts, HCV and LCV spare parts, lubricants, filters, and brake items.
  • Engage with OEM and OES clients to generate business and maintain relationships.
  • Collaborate with service advisors possessing strong spare parts knowledge to support field sales.
  • Maintain strong presence in the assigned territory and identify new business opportunities.

Sales Target Achievement & Reporting

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
  • Provide timely reports on sales performance and territory updates.
  • Upsell and cross-sell automotive products to maximize revenue.

Territory & Market Management

  • Explore new markets and customers for business expansion.
  • Build and sustain relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
  • Provide product guidance and technical support to customers when needed.
