Field Sales & Customer Engagement
- Sell car spare parts, HCV and LCV spare parts, lubricants, filters, and brake items.
- Engage with OEM and OES clients to generate business and maintain relationships.
- Collaborate with service advisors possessing strong spare parts knowledge to support field sales.
- Maintain strong presence in the assigned territory and identify new business opportunities.
Sales Target Achievement & Reporting
- Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
- Provide timely reports on sales performance and territory updates.
- Upsell and cross-sell automotive products to maximize revenue.
Territory & Market Management
- Explore new markets and customers for business expansion.
- Build and sustain relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
- Provide product guidance and technical support to customers when needed.
