We are looking for an experienced CRM Account Manager & Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team and help deliver exceptional CRM solutions to our clients. This role will be integral in managing client CRM accounts, creating tailored workflows, integrating marketing automation tools, and providing ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction.
What You'll Do:
- Manage and configure client CRM accounts, ensuring optimal setup and performance in platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.
- Design and implement customized CRM workflows and automations that align with client goals and enhance business operations.
- Integrate third-party applications and services with CRM systems to expand functionality and improve overall performance.
- Provide training and support to clients, ensuring they understand how to utilize CRM features and tools effectively.
- Monitor CRM performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely solutions to optimize client workflows.
- Assist in developing client engagement and retention strategies using marketing automation tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure CRM solutions are aligned with client business needs and objectives.
- Continuously improve CRM processes, workflows, and automation strategies to drive client success and satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in managing CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
- Strong experience in designing and implementing CRM workflows and marketing automation strategies.
- Proficiency in integrating third-party applications with CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide prompt resolutions to clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- A deep understanding of CRM best practices and a proven ability to drive client success through effective CRM management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
