Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Critical Reasoning Faculty to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of reasoning concepts and the ability to explain complex logic-based questions in a clear, engaging manner. The role involves both teaching and academic content development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver engaging and interactive sessions on Critical Reasoning topics such as:
2. Assumptions
3. Inferences
4. Conclusions
5. Strengthening and Weakening Arguments
6. Cause & Effect Relationships
7. Course of Action
8. Statement–Argument / Statement–Conclusion
9. Critical Evaluation and Logical Deduction
10. Design and update study materials, mock tests, and practice sheets aligned with the latest exam patterns.
11. Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and help students improve accuracy and speed in solving reasoning questions.
12. Contribute to academic content creation and question-setting for mock tests and online learning modules.
13. Track student performance, provide personalized feedback, and assist in skill development.

Requirements

• Strong conceptual understanding of Critical Reasoning and Logical Thinking.
• Prior experience in teaching or mentoring students for competitive exams (CAT, CLAT, GMAT, etc.) preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to make classes engaging, result-oriented, and easy to follow.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month

Expected hours: 5 per week

Work Mode: Work from Office
