Straffing AI has been mandated by a large hospital network with operations across multiple locations in India and the APAC region to hire ICU Consultants for multiple locations, including Bengaluru, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Coimbatore.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Consultant specializing in ICU, ER, and Anesthesia. The Consultant will provide expert medical assessments, deliver critical patient care in intensive care units and emergency settings, and utilize their expertise in anesthesia management. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with healthcare teams, implementing best practices, and offering training and mentorship to junior staff to drive excellence in patient care.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Medicine and Critical Care Medicine
• In-depth knowledge and experience in Home Care and Elder Care
• Ability to provide training and mentorship in healthcare settings
• Advanced understanding of ICU protocols, emergency response, and anesthesia methodologies
• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with specialization in Critical Care, Emergency Medicine, or Anesthesia
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional development
• Previous experience in a consulting or advisory capacity is a plus
