Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Critical Care Nurse, located in New Delhi. The Critical Care Nurse will be responsible for providing care and medical support to patients in critical condition, monitoring patient progress, and responding quickly to emergencies. Duties include collaborating with healthcare teams, administering medications or treatments, and maintaining detailed patient records. The role demands a proactive approach to delivering exceptional care in critical or intensive care settings.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Nursing practices, including patient care, monitoring, and healthcare protocols
• Expertise in Emergency Nursing and the ability to provide immediate care in urgent situations
• Specialized skills in Critical Care Nursing and knowledge of Critical Care Medicine
• Strong grasp of general medical procedures and understanding of treatment plans
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure in high-stress situations
• Valid nursing license and certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Previous experience working in critical care or intensive care units is highly beneficial
