Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Critical Care Nurse based in Bengaluru. The Critical Care Nurse will be responsible for providing specialized care to patients with critical conditions in home settings. Responsibilities include monitoring and managing patient treatment plans, administering medications, operating advanced medical equipment, and working closely with physicians and therapists to deliver high-quality patient care. The role demands exceptional clinical judgment, empathy, and commitment to maintaining standards aligned with global healthcare protocols.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Nursing and Emergency Nursing practices
• Specialized expertise in Critical Care Nursing and familiarity with Critical Care Medicine
• Knowledge and experience in Medicine, including accurate medication administration
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with critical thinking and compassionate care
• Relevant certification or licensure as a Registered Nurse, with additional credentials in critical care nursing preferred
• Experience in home healthcare or a similar role will be an advantage
