Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cricket Coach, based in Gurugram. The Cricket Coach will be responsible for planning and conducting professional coaching sessions for individuals and groups, developing and implementing customized skill development plans, and mentoring players of varying age groups and skill levels. Additional responsibilities include organizing and managing indoor leagues, tournaments, and team practices, ensuring the safety and engagement of all participants, and fostering a supportive and enthusiastic cricket community.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Cricket and technical expertise in Cricket Coaching
- Strong Communication and Coaching abilities to effectively manage and inspire players
- Experience in Training programs and devising tailored development plans for participants
- Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with players, parents, and the community
- Flexibility and adaptability to work within a team-centered environment
- Certification in cricket coaching (preferred)
- Previous experience in coaching or player training at beginner to advanced levels
