Role Purpose
- The Manager – CREWS Digitalization shall be responsible for leading the digital transformation of CREWS (operational, workforce, engineering, or process driven functions) by modernizing systems, optimizing workflows, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- The role drives the adoption of technology-enabled solutions that enhance efficiency, collaboration, and performance across CREWS operations.
- This includes establishing a strategic digital roadmap, orchestrating implementation, and tracking measurable outcomes that improve operational maturity.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy & Roadmap
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap for CREWS, ensuring it aligns with organizational vision, business priorities, and longterm transformation goals.
- Assess current CREWS technology capabilities, processes, and systems to identify improvement opportunities and gaps.
- Digital Initiatives Implementation
- Lead the transition from manual or legacy CREWS processes to modern digital platforms and tools (automation, analytics, workflow systems, collaboration platforms).
- Oversee implementation of solutions that streamline operations, improve crew coordination, enhance safety, and elevate compliance levels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with senior executives, IT teams, engineering or operational teams, and business stakeholders to ensure digital initiatives are integrated successfully.
- Facilitate communication across teams to ensure alignment and adoption of new digital capabilities.
- Project & Resource Management
- Manage project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk mitigation for all CREWS digital transformation programs.
- Monitor project dependencies, milestones, and performance metrics to ensure successful execution.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Promote a culture of innovation, encouraging teams to adopt digital tools, embrace new ways of working, and pursue ongoing improvement in CREWS operations.
- Identify emerging digital trends and recommend their adoption where beneficial.
- Performance & Value Delivery
- Track and evaluate digitalinitiative outcomes, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable value in efficiency, operational reliability, workforce productivity, or customer experience.
- Provide periodic reporting to leadership on progress, KPIs, and ROI of digital programs.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, technology implementation, or operations modernization.
- Experience leading enterprise level digital projects.
