Job Description

Strong Excel Skills
SQL Proficiency (1 year minimum professional application)
Minimum 6 years of experience in credit risk, underwriting a
Ability to interpret key business financial statements/information
Experience in change management and driving adoption of new tools,
processes, and decision support (i.e. scaling)
Experience creating new credit policies and SOPs
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
Robust analytical skills, including the ability to be hands-on and dive deep
into details, identifying root cause and propose solutions
Able to build positive business relationships and work collaboratively with
cross-functional teams
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritization, planning
and task delegation
