Credit Research Analyst, Global Investment Firm (Pune, India)

A leading global investment management firm is seeking Credit Research Analysts to join its Global Fixed Income team.

Working alongside experienced portfolio managers and investment professionals, you will conduct fundamental credit research across global fixed income markets. This role offers exceptional exposure to financial modelling, issuer analysis, ESG assessment, and investment decision-making across investment grade, high yield, emerging markets, and distressed credit strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct fundamental credit research on corporate issuers across global markets.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analysis.
• Analyse company performance, industry trends, ESG factors, and covenant structures.
• Develop independent credit views and investment recommendations.
• Monitor portfolio companies, market developments, and new bond issuances.
• Present investment insights and research findings to portfolio managers.
• Collaborate with global credit and equity research teams.
• Build relationships with company management, sell-side analysts, and market participants.
• Support investment decision-making across multiple fixed income strategies.
• Maintain high-quality research and documentation standards.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
