Investment Internship at Novo Holdings Asia in Mumbai
As an Intern / Junior Analyst, you will be involved in and gain valuable insights into life science and healthcare investments in India. You will work alongside our team of investment professionals to gain hands-on investment experience involved in evaluating and executing private equity transactions.
You will be immersed in the investment process, and your core tasks will include:
- Contributing to financial analyses of potential investment cases through valuation models
- Helping to shape investment themes through primary and secondary industry research
- Conducting industry research on potential investments and the markets they operate in
- Collecting, structuring, and efficiently communicating information on potential or existing investments
You can expect to learn how to perform industry research, valuation analyses, commercial due diligence and financial modelling in different industries to vet opportunities. Depending on your capabilities and interests, you will have ample opportunities to take on more tasks and responsibilities.
Requirements
Professional & Personal Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who are undergraduate degree holders with approximately
1-3 years of experience in investment banking or consulting, who will be
commencing graduate business school in fall 2026. You should also have a
strong understanding of finance and accounting and are an
expert in Excel and PowerPoint.
You enjoy working in a challenging entrepreneurial environment, passionate and highly motivated to learn about investments and portfolio management and can grasp new ideas and concepts quickly.
Furthermore, You Have
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team context
- Strong analytical, financial analysis, writing, and presentation skills
- An eye for detail, and you are thorough and organized
