Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Credit Manager at YES BANK. The Credit Manager will conduct credit appraisals, evaluate risks, and approve or recommend credit decisions in alignment with the bank's policies. The role involves reviewing loan applications, analyzing financial statements, managing credit portfolios, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements. Collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure credit delivery and effective portfolio management will also be a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Credit Analysis, Credit Appraisal, and Credit Risk Management
• Strong skills in Financial Statement Analysis and Risk Assessment methodologies
• Knowledge of Regulatory Guidelines, Compliance requirements, and Banking Industry standards
• Excellent Communication, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making abilities
• Experience in relationship management and portfolio monitoring
• Solid understanding of corporate and MSME credit products is preferred
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
