Role Description

This full-time on-site role, located in Noida, is for a Credit Manager. The Credit Manager will oversee credit operations, including evaluating loan applications, conducting credit risk assessments, and developing credit strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing financial data, setting credit policies, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, monitoring credit performance, and working closely with clients to provide financial solutions that align with company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Credit Management and proficiency in Credit Risk Management
• Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively
• Comprehensive understanding of Finance principles and practices
• Solid knowledge and experience in Credit-related activities and analysis
• Detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree or professional certifications such as CFA/CPA is a plus)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and reporting
• Experience with financial software or credit risk management tools is advantageous
