Job Description

Credit Assessment: Evaluate and assess credit proposals, financial statements, and business plans to determine creditworthiness.
Debt Syndication: Manage and execute debt syndication deals, including structuring, documentation, and coordination with financial institutions.
Client Engagement: Liaise with clients to understand funding requirements and provide suitable credit solutions.
Risk Analysis: Identify and mitigate financial and credit risks by conducting in-depth due diligence.
Documentation & Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate preparation of credit documentation and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions for arrangement and sanctioning of credit facilities.
Credit Monitoring: Track and review existing credit facilities to ensure compliance with agreed terms and early identification of stress indicators.
