Designation: Credit Manager - AVP/DVP - Working Capital

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 6-10 years

Role & Responsibilities:

- Managing a group of credit Analyst.

- Underwriting and credit evaluation.

- Evaluation of potential clients creditworthiness.

- Organizing and modifying the products to meet the needs of the client while taking security, cash flows, and risk profile into consideration.

- Delivering the plans to the approving authorities

- Collaborate closely with the Business Team.

- In charge of overseeing the portfolio from start to finish

- Structure complex transactions, prepare credit notes, ensure policy compliance, and make recommendations to senior sanctioning committees.

- Structure complex credit facilities (working capital, term loans) and prepare comprehensive Credit Risk Assessment Notes (CRANs).
