Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage a team responsible for credit assessment, appraisal, and approval of retail assets (Auto loans, Commercial vehicle loans, Pre-owned car loans) and used car finance.
- Develop and implement effective credit strategies to minimize defaults and maximize recoveries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of credit processes into overall business operations.
- Conduct regular reviews of credit policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth while managing risk.
