Overview

The Supervisor, Collections and Credit will lead a team of Collectors providing service to a variety of clients.

Responsibilities

  • Support and leadership for Americas Collections Team
  • Attending regular and ad hoc calls with Customers regarding outstanding balances
  • Escalation and resolution of Collections problems
  • Leading internal calls with Account Managers, Account Directors, Senior Management and Client Relations Teams
  • Reviewing ageing reports, identyfying top debtors and conducting bad debt analysis
  • Collections closing activities
  • KPIs analysis and follow up
  • Meetings with customers to resolve past due issues
  • Partake in internal and external audit requirements
  • Partake in outside collections process
  • Participation in Collection Process Improvement projects

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Preferable Degree in one of the following: Finance Accounting Administration or Economics
  • Intermediate Excel knowledge is required
  • Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Applications is required
  • Experience with ERP Systems is an advantage
  • Great customer service skills are a must have

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3- 5 years in collections handling enterprise accounts
  • Experience in leading your own team
  • Experience in cooperation with internal teams
