Creator Partnerships Manager

Zomunk is a discovery-first international flight deal platform for Indian travelers. We don't book flights; we continuously scan the globe to uncover rare, unusually low fares (think Milan for ₹25K round-trip) and alert our community when exceptional deals appear.

We're expanding our creator network and looking for a Creator Partnerships Manager to own our creator program—from onboarding and relationship management to content execution and quality control.

This is a hybrid role combining Creator Partnerships, Content Operations, and Community Management. You will be responsible for managing creator relationships, coordinating creator workflows, reviewing content, writing scripts, and ensuring a high volume of high-quality UGC is consistently produced.

You'll work closely with a growing network of creators and own the day-to-day execution that keeps our creator program running smoothly. On any given day, you may be reviewing creator applications, onboarding new creators, managing community conversations, writing scripts, reviewing video drafts, tracking deliverables, and providing actionable feedback to help creators produce better content.

• Creator Partnerships: Review creator applications, onboard new creators, manage creator relationships, send agreements, and help manage our daily Discord community.
• Scriptwriting: Write natural, first-person scripts designed for short-form UGC content.
• Quality & Feedback: Review creator submissions and provide clear, actionable feedback on camera presence, pacing, text formatting, hooks, editing, and overall content quality.
• Content Operations: Track creator deliverables, maintain content calendars, monitor deadlines, and ensure projects move smoothly from brief to publication.
  

• 3–5 years of experience in creator partnerships, creator management, content operations, community management, social media, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience working with short-form content is mandatory.
• Strong written communication and copywriting skills with the ability to write casual, first-person scripts that feel authentic and relatable.
• Familiarity with CapCut, VN, InShot, or similar editing tools.
• Understanding of basic filming concepts such as framing, lighting, and guiding creators on capturing clean, engaging footage.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple creators, deadlines, and content workflows simultaneously.

• Month 1: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM (IST)
• Post Onboarding: US working hours with some overlap with India (approximately 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST)
• Salary: Competitive and aligned with market standards based on experience.
