Location: Udyog Vihar, Phase - IV, Gurugram

About the Role:

We are currently looking for a Creator Onboarding specialist to join our team. This role focuses on identifying, evaluating, and onboarding content creators onto the platform. You will play a key role in building a strong creator base by ensuring quality, relevance, and alignment with platform goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and research content creators across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, etc., based on niche, content quality, and audience engagement.
  2. Evaluate creator profiles in terms of consistency, brand fit, growth potential, and audience alignment.
  3. Initiate and manage outreach through DMs, emails, or calls, ensuring clear and professional communication.
  4. Explain platform offerings, collaboration opportunities, and onboarding process to creators.
  5. Manage the end-to-end onboarding journey, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  6. Maintain and update a structured database of creators, including status, category, and relevant insights.
  7. Continuously track emerging creators, trends, and content formats to improve onboarding quality.
  8. Coordinate with internal teams to align onboarding with campaign and business requirements.

Eligibility Criteria:

  1.  0-2 years experience.
  2. Strong understanding of social media platforms and the creator ecosystem.
  3.  Ability to identify high-potential creators and trending content formats.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Comfortable with outreach and relationship building.
  6. Good organizational and documentation skills.
  7. Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
