BitByteBinary's Creator Economy- Trainer (Hybrid Delivery)
BitByteBinary seeks an experienced professional to independently lead and deliver creator economy training programs in hybrid mode, managing all content creation and execution, with immediate joining under a revenue share model up to 15% of generated revenue.[4]
## Role Overview
Fully own end-to-end delivery of courses on creator platforms, monetization, and niche strategies for engineers or product sellers, combining Bangalore-based in-person sessions with online tools like Bitbytebinary/ Zoom.
Ensure program success through curriculum design, live facilitation, assessments, and revenue optimization.
## Key Responsibilities
- Develop dynamic content covering YouTube/TikTok strategies, sponsorships, subscriptions, and specialized topics like cow non-dairy branding.
- Conduct hybrid training: workshops, webinars, and project-based evaluations tracking growth metrics and sales.
- Promote enrollments, manage revenue streams, and refine programs for scalability and repeat cohorts.
## Qualifications
- 8+ years in training delivery, content creation, or creator economy education, with proven independent program leadership.
- Expertise in hybrid platforms and creator tactics for Indian audiences; immediate availability required.
- Strong English skills and alignment with educational entrepreneurship in cultural contexts.
## Compensation
Up to 15% revenue share on all course fees, sales, and partnerships generatedno base salary, with uncapped earnings for high-impact delivery.
