Job Summary

The Creator Content Specialist is the single source of truth for all creator-generated content at Lowe's. This role ensures creator assets are compliant, organized, rights-cleared, and activation-ready across paid social, Lowes.com, and other digital placements. While not responsible for creative production or media execution, this position plays a critical operational role in maximizing the enterprise value of creator content while protecting brand standards and mitigating risk. The role also ask for a significant amount of content pulling where great content will need to be identified and saved for future editing purposes.

This role enables Lowe's to scale creator content efficiently and responsibly. By centralizing ownership, governance, and rights management, the Creator Content Specialist ensures that creator investments are maximized across channels while safeguarding brand integrity.

Roles & Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities:

  • Content Governance & Brand Safety: Review all inbound creator content for adherence to Lowe's brand guidelines, legal standards, and FTC disclosure requirements. The candidate should have an eye for great content and help pull / traffic it to various channels. Understanding what good content is, preparing a repository of good content and finally saving them so that they can be used for an edit. Identify and escalate brand safety or compliance risks. Maintain clear documentation of review status and approvals
  • Asset Ownership & Library Management: Own and manage the centralized creator content repository (DAM or equivalent system). Establish tagging, taxonomy, and metadata standards to ensure discoverability and usability. Maintain organized, scalable workflows for content intake, approval, and storage. Serve as the operational steward of creator content governance
  • Cross-Channel Syndication Enablement: Enable approved content for activation across Paid Social, Lowes.com, CRM, Retail Media, and additional placements. Partner with Media, E-commerce, Creative, and Influencer teams to ensure assets are formatted, accessible, and channel ready. Support scalable distribution strategies to drive incremental ROI
  • Usage Rights & Compliance Management: Track licensing terms, usage windows, and expiration dates. Coordinate rights extensions when required. Maintain documentation to ensure compliant use across all channels

Years Of Experience

  • 35 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital content operations, or asset management

Education Qualification & Certifications (optional)

Required Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.

Skill Set Required

Primary Skills (must have):

  • Project Management: Partner closely with our US teams to level set on project deliverables, share timelines and align on any other requirements.
  • Strong understanding of brand safety, FTC compliance, and influencer best practices.
  • Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems will be a benefit.
  • Exceptional organizational and cross-functional communication skills.

Secondary Skills (desired)

  • Experience managing content rights and licensing agreements.
  • Familiarity with paid social platform requirements.
  • Retail or e-commerce experience
