We're looking for someone who can build and scale creator + affiliate partnerships across markets.

What you'll do
- Find and onboard affiliates/creators with strong communities in our target spaces
- Run outreach end-to-end (prospecting pitching closing onboarding)
- Maintain strong relationships with active partners (paid + affiliate models)
- Create smart offers for different audiences (commission, hybrid, paid collabs)
- Coordinate with internal teams on messaging, tracking, and creatives
- Keep budgets, payouts, and ROI in check and report clearly
- Build a repeatable partnership pipeline (not random one-offs)
What we're looking for
- 34+ years experience in partnerships, affiliates, influencer/creator marketing, or BD
- Strong English communication + professional outreach skills
- Comfortable working with people across different countries and time zones
- Good judgment: you know who to partner with (and who to avoid)
- Organized, numbers-aware, and consistent
Nice to have
- Experience scaling affiliate programs (SaaS / ecom / performance marketing)
- Familiar with tracking links, coupon codes, attribution basics
- Worked with creators on paid deliverables + performance-based deals
- Experience building SOPs, partner tiers, and incentive structures
