Role Overview
As the Creative Director (Copy), you will be the guardian of our digital narrative. You aren't
just a writer; you are a strategic storyteller who understands how words move people across
the digital ecosystemfrom 6-second social ads to immersive web experiences. You will lead a
team of writers, collaborate with Art Directors, and partner with strategy teams to turn
complex business goals into compelling, high-performing creative concepts.
What You'll Actually Do
Be the North Star: You aren't just checking typos. You're defining the soul of the
brands we build.
Kill the Boring: If a headline feels safe, you're the one who pushes it until it feels a
little bit dangerous (the good kind).
Herding Cats (Creatively): You'll mentor a squad of hungry writers, turning their raw
talent into sharp, conversion-driving magic.
Speak Fluent Platform: You know that a LinkedIn post, a YouTube script, and a
Discord announcement are three completely different languages. You speak all of
them.
Play with the Robots: We use AI to work smarter, not harder. You'll lead the charge
on using GenAI to brainstorm, scale, and experimentwithout losing the human heart.
Win the Room: You'll pitch to clients with so much conviction they'll wonder how they
ever lived without your ideas.
