Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Creatives Copy Head. The Creatives Copy Head will be responsible for overseeing creative direction, developing branding strategies, and crafting creative strategies for campaigns. The role includes collaborating closely with graphic design teams, ensuring cohesive creative messaging, and managing team workflows. The selected individual will lead creative projects to position the company and its brands effectively in the marketplace.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Creative Direction, Branding, and Creative Strategy.
• Proficiency in Graphic Design tools and techniques.
• Strong Team Management skills, including leading and mentoring creative teams.
• Ability to effectively communicate, conceptualize, and execute creative projects.
• Experience in managing multiple projects with attention to deadlines and detail.
• Familiarity with emerging trends in branding and visual storytelling is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Design, or a related field is preferred.
