Role Overview
The Creative Writer will be responsible for conceptualizing and crafting impactful brand communication across campaigns, product launches, and digital platforms. The role requires a strong command of language, a creative mindset, and a deep understanding of how to write content that converts curiosity into brand affinity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop original and compelling copy for campaigns, product packaging, social media, and website content
- Shape and maintain the brand's tone of voice across all communication touchpoints
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and strategy teams to craft cohesive and emotionally resonant content
- Write product descriptions, taglines, and marketing copy that align with beauty industry trends and consumer insights
- Support creative direction by brainstorming campaign concepts and storytelling ideas
- Ensure clarity, consistency, and brand alignment in all written material
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences to inform content development
Required Skills & Competencies
- 24 years of professional writing experience in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brand environments
- Strong command of the English language, grammar, and tone adaptation
- Demonstrated ability to craft persuasive, on-brand messaging across platforms (social, web, print, digital)
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with creative and marketing teams
- Understanding of content trends on Instagram, YouTube, and e-commerce channels
- Creativity, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or Marketing
- Prior agency or D2C brand experience preferred, especially in the beauty or lifestyle sector
