Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualise and design creative communication for ATL and BTL campaigns
- Develop packaging designs aligned with brand strategy and market requirements
- Create high-quality artwork for print, digital, outdoor, POSM, brochures, leaflets, standees, danglers, and other campaign collaterals
- Work closely with the creative, servicing, and strategy teams to translate briefs into impactful visual designs
- Ensure designs are brand-consistent, innovative, and production-ready
- Adapt and resize creatives across multiple formats and platforms
- Coordinate with printers, production vendors, and internal teams when required
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in an advertising agency, design studio, or related creative environment
- Strong experience in packaging design and ATL/BTL campaign materials
- Proficiency in all major design software, including:
-> Adobe Photoshop
-> Adobe Illustrator
-> Adobe InDesign
-> CorelDRAW
-> Other relevant creative/design tools
-> Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, branding, and print production
-> Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
-> Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualities
- Strong visualisation and conceptualisation skills
- Attention to detail and high aesthetic sense
- Understanding of production processes for print and packaging
