Role Definition:
Supports the development and execution of visual and creative content across digital and print platforms. Assists with branding, graphic design, photography, video, and multimedia production to ensure cohesive storytelling and high-quality visuals. Collaborates with the marketing and communications teams, as well as external partners when needed, to create engaging, on-brand content aligned with organizational goals.
Job Description:
1. Video Editing & Motion Content
Assist in editing short-form and long-form videos for social media, campaigns, events, and brand communication
Support the creation of reels, shorts, teasers, basic corporate videos, and promotional content
Help add motion graphics, transitions, text animations, sound effects, and perform basic color correction
Assist in optimizing video content for platform-specific formats (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, ads)
2. Graphic Design & Visual Assets
Support the design of static creatives for social media, ads, banners, presentations, and offline collaterals
Help maintain visual consistency across brand assets
Assist in creating thumbnails, covers, posters, and campaign-related digital creatives
3. Creative Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, social media, and content teams on assigned tasks
Help translate creative briefs into visual outputs under guidance
Contribute ideas and suggestions for creative formats and visual concepts
4. Brand & Quality Control
Follow brand guidelines while creating videos and design assets
Support quality checks for visuals, typography, and storytelling
Maintain organized, editable project files for future use
5. Process & Delivery
Assist in managing multiple creative tasks simultaneously
Support timely delivery of assets while learning industry workflows
Implement feedback and revisions as guided by senior team members
